Is Foundry Academy accredited?
No. A future Wealth Synergy private professional-development certificate would be issued only after its assessment, capstone, identity, reviewer, retention, access, deletion, appeal, and issuance controls pass quality review. No credential is currently issued. Any future certificate would not be an accredited academic qualification, professional license, or government certification.
Does a credential guarantee a job or client?
No. Learners may separately opt into future talent consideration, but completion does not guarantee employment, placement, contract work, interviews, or compensation.
What is free?
Every track includes six module lessons, a versioned practice case, six bounded assignments with exact provided inputs, evidence criteria and debriefs, nine downloadable case files including task-specific operating guides and schema-exact examples, an editable worksheet, and a 12-item formative reasoning check. The resource library collects all sixteen tracks.
Can I save my learning work?
Yes, optionally on this device only. Choose Enable device-only saving and press Save my work now after changes. Answers, worksheet rows, notes and self-reported practice markers stay in this browser profile. There is no account, upload or cross-device sync. Export a JSON copy for your records; browser cleanup or private mode can remove saved work. A conflicting change from another tab blocks saving until you load the saved version. Clear this track’s saved work removes only that track’s local record. Use fictional or non-sensitive material.
Can I sign into the Academy portal?
The authenticated portal is under maintenance. Use the free lesson pages and downloads; no paid enrollment or credential issuance is enabled.
Where are talent opportunities and employer services?
Mountain Top Talent is the current talent-services company. Employers can explore mttoptalent.com/delegate/; learners may separately opt into consideration at mttoptalent.com/join/. Academy learning does not automatically send your information there or guarantee selection, work or compensation.
What might a future paid pilot include?
A future facilitated pilot could include live sessions, applied assignments, feedback, peer practice, capstone review, and credential assessment only after the applicable delivery, privacy, terms, and issuance controls pass quality review. No paid pilot is currently sold from these pages.
How is payment handled?
Through a reputable hosted checkout or manual invoice after terms are provided. Academy pages never collect card details.
What would a future credential require?
A future credential would require a published knowledge threshold, practical artifact, proportionate identity confirmation, and controlled human capstone review, plus approved privacy, retention, access, deletion, appeal, revocation, and issuance controls. Attendance alone would be insufficient. No credential is currently issued.
Can a company use its own systems?
Team cohorts can adapt exercises to approved company systems while preserving learning outcomes, privacy controls, and assessment integrity.
What about accessibility?
Participants can request reasonable learning-format accommodations through the contact pathway. Public pages support keyboard use, semantic headings, reduced motion, and responsive layouts.
Does the Academy replace professional advice?
No. Courses identify operational practices and escalation points. Qualified legal, tax, accounting, security, engineering, regulatory, or other advice remains necessary where applicable.
