Venture Foundry · Utah based
It takes a village
to start a new venture.
Wealth Synergy is a venture foundry: a company that builds enterprises out of market-tested ideas using its own pooled resources — and its own operating companies.
01 Mission
We support you and we boost your talent
to build strong businesses.
That is the whole mission, stated the way we state it internally.
Synergy is what we embody. This is the true pathway to success.
We empower entrepreneurs by providing the tools, resources, software, training and access they need — including our networks of manufacturers, mentors, lenders and investors — and we guide ventures from the initial concept through to selling the product or service.
We are a high-performance team committed to delivering high-quality results by providing efficient and ethical business services that bring true value to business owners. We believe in integrity, and we perform ethical transactions to make true win-win relationships.
02 Vision
The premier business partner
for people starting something.
Where we are trying to get to, and what success looks like when we do.
We aspire to become the premier business partner globally for entrepreneurs launching new ventures. We want the founders who come through the foundry to be recognised industry leaders and economic drivers in their own communities.
That creates a multiplier: successful participants go on to help other business owners reach sustainable growth. A foundry that only produced its own wins would be a smaller idea than the one we are working on.
Empowering businesses, synergising with them, and increasing their growth to heights they have never reached before.
03 The mark
The Dara knot — the knot of infinity.
Our symbol is a Celtic knot, and the choice was deliberate.
The Dara knot takes its name from the Irish doire — oak. What the design draws is not the tree but the root system: interlaced, redundant, impossible to unpick into a single strand.
It stands for wisdom, synergy, power and leadership, and for roots of strength and resilience during challenging times. For a company whose whole argument is that a venture should not depend on one discipline, one supplier or one person, no other mark would have been honest.
It is also why the emblem on this site draws itself on rather than simply appearing. The knot is a structure that gets built.
04 Leadership
Who runs it.
A small, accountable team behind five operating companies.
Chief executive
Gerard Blakeley
Leads the foundry, frames venture priorities and coordinates accountability across its operating companies.
Operating model
One connected studio
Specialist leaders enter the venture at the stage where their operating depth changes the next decision.
Accountability
One venture plan
Every workstream has an owner, milestone and evidence standard, while the founder keeps one coordinated direction.
05 How we work with others
Partnerships and underserved founders.
We offer on-demand business-building services, and we actively want partners who work with entrepreneurs the usual channels miss.
If your organisation supports underserved entrepreneurs — a community lender, an accelerator, a chamber, a university programme — the foundry's capabilities can sit behind your cohort rather than competing with it.
Talk to us about what your founders get stuck on. Usually it is sourcing, software or capital readiness, and usually it is the same three things every cohort.

What does the venture
need next?
Bring us the ambition, the constraint, and the stage you are navigating. If the foundry is the right shape for it, we'll say so — and if it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
