Funding Guidance
Capital is a means, not a milestone. We assess what the venture actually needs, what it can service, and which route costs the least in ownership and time.
01 What this is
The short version.
Evaluate every financing route available to the venture, then make the introductions that matter.
Our financing approach evaluates every possibility available to you — personal and cooperative lending, government programmes, and direct connections into our angel investor network. Which route is right depends on the shape of the business, not on what is fashionable.
Preparation is most of the work. A venture that can answer the questions a lender or investor will ask — unit economics, supply risk, technical dependency, the plan for the next twelve months — raises faster and on better terms. Those answers usually come from the same specialists who built the plan.
We do not provide investment advice and we are not a broker-dealer. What we provide is preparation, structure and introductions.
- Typical engagement

- Preparation and introductions — not investment advice or brokerage
02 Scope
What sits inside the engagement.
The list below is the full working scope. Not every engagement uses all of it — the framing session decides which parts matter.
- Rapid funding assessment — How much the venture needs, for what, and what it can realistically service.
- Route comparison — Debt, equity, grant and cooperative options weighed on cost and control.
- Angel investor network — Direct introductions where the venture is a genuine fit.
- Government programmes — Identifying and preparing for the programmes a venture qualifies for.
- Personal and cooperative lending — Practical routes for early-stage ventures without an institutional profile.
- Readiness pack — The materials, numbers and answers a funder will ask for, prepared in advance.

What does the venture
need next?
Bring us the ambition, the constraint, and the stage you are navigating. If the foundry is the right shape for it, we'll say so — and if it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
