What a venture foundry is, what the partnership programme involves, and how we actually work.

01What is a venture foundry?
A venture foundry — also called a startup studio, startup factory or venture studio — is an organisation that uses its own pooled resources to build enterprises out of market-tested innovative concepts.
In practice that means Wealth Synergy does not only advise. It operates five specialist companies, and puts their capability behind the ventures it partners with.
02How is this different from hiring a consultancy?
A consultancy hands over a recommendation. A foundry stays in the build. The people who write the plan work alongside the people who source the parts, write the software and run the campaign — so the plan is costed against what execution actually takes.
It also means one relationship instead of five vendors who have never met.
03Do I have to use every capability?
No. Each of the eight capabilities can run standalone. They are designed to be bought together because that is where the advantage is, but a venture that needs only sourcing, or only software, is a perfectly normal engagement.
04Who owns the venture?
You do. Structures vary by engagement and are agreed in writing before work begins. Wealth Synergy's role is defined in the contract — there is no default claim on your company.

05What are the eligibility requirements for the partnership programme?
Applicants are CEOs of early-stage innovative enterprises and may apply from anywhere globally. The programme asks for a commitment of 30+ hours weekly across roughly five months, the ability to reside in the U.S. or qualify for a visa, fluency in English, a minimum age of 21, and a willingness to contribute to the community.
You may apply alone or with one co-founder who meets the same criteria. Ventures should be innovative and early stage — under $500K annual revenue — operating autonomously rather than inside an existing company, with a long-term revenue strategy and a for-profit or hybrid model. 501(c)(3) non-profits are not eligible for this particular programme.
06What do I get when I partner with Wealth Synergy?
A business partner who takes you by the hand through ideation, concept development, incorporation, raising capital and scaling.
Partners also receive discounted access to our resources, software tools and training, plus our networks of manufacturers, mentors, lenders and investors.
07How long does the programme take?
Usually 6 to 12 months, depending on where the venture stands when it arrives. A company with a proven product and a supply problem moves faster than one still testing the concept.
08What does it cost?
Cost is determined individually. It depends on whether the venture is product- or service-based, the marketing stage it is at, the human capital required, and the development time needed for any software or technological tools.
Payment can be structured as a lump sum or as a monthly commitment.
09Will I have access to all of your services once enrolled?
Yes — as many as you want or need, within the guidelines set out in the contract.

10Where are you based, and do you work outside Utah?
Wealth Synergy is Utah based. We work on-site across Utah County and Salt Lake County, and remotely with founders anywhere.
Our operating companies deliver globally — sourcing runs across international supply chains, and our virtual assistant teams are multilingual.
11How quickly can an engagement start?
A framing session can usually be scheduled within a week or two of first contact. Larger builds depend on scope and on which specialist companies are involved.
12Do you work with established businesses, not just startups?
Yes. A significant share of the work is with established operators — a manufacturer changing suppliers, a services business automating its back office, a family firm preparing for succession or sale.
13Do you provide investment or legal advice?
No. Funding Guidance covers assessment, preparation and introductions. We are not a broker-dealer, we do not provide investment advice, and we are not a law firm. Where a venture needs regulated advice we will say so and help you find it.
14What languages do you work in?
English and Spanish as standard across the foundry, with additional languages available through our virtual assistant teams.
15How do I start?
Send us the ambition, the constraint and the stage you are navigating — by email or phone. If the foundry is the right shape for it we will say so, and if it is not we will tell you that too.
