Training & Enablement

A plan nobody in the building can execute is not a plan. Training is how a venture's capability catches up with its ambition.

01 What this is

The short version.

Bring out the best in the organisation — a curriculum for the people who have to run what you build.

Our training services bring out the best in the organisations we serve. Programmes are designed for a specific audience and a specific outcome — a founding team preparing to raise, an operations group inheriting a new system, a sales function moving upmarket — never lifted from a template deck.

The sequence matters as much as the content. We assess needs and available resources first, align trainers, learners and supervisors before the event, design for the target audience, deliver with results-focused methods, and evaluate afterwards so the next cycle is better than the last.

Delivery is multilingual where a venture needs it, and can be run on-site in Utah, remotely, or blended across a distributed team.

02 Scope

What sits inside the engagement.

The list below is the full working scope. Not every engagement uses all of it — the framing session decides which parts matter.

  • Opportunity development — Reading a market, testing an idea and sizing the prize before committing capital.
  • Startup launch — Incorporation, structure, early hiring and the operating rhythm of a new venture.
  • Marketing strategy — Positioning, channel choice and the measurement that keeps both honest.
  • Human capital — Attracting, structuring and keeping the people the venture depends on.
  • Financial management — Cash discipline, unit economics, forecasting and lender-ready reporting.
  • Operations — Process design, quality, supplier management and the hand-offs between them.
  • Growth strategy — What changes when the venture doubles, and what has to be true before it can.
  • IPO and valuation — How value is assessed, and what a venture has to look like to be assessed well.

03 How it runs

From brief to handover.

A repeatable sequence, so you always know which decision is next and who owns it.

01

Assess

Needs and resources — people, budget, time and the systems already in place.

02

Motivate

Trainers, learners and supervisors aligned before the first session, so the work has owners.

03

Design

Content and format tailored to the audience, the market and the outcome required.

04

Deliver

Results-focused methods, run by practitioners rather than career trainers.

05

Evaluate

What worked, what did not, and what feeds into the next cycle.

The next conversation

What does the venture
need next?

Bring us the ambition, the constraint, and the stage you are navigating. If the foundry is the right shape for it, we'll say so — and if it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
